Unlike brewer’s yeast, this is a primary grown yeast, ensuring it is not a by-product and is naturally free from Candida albicans yeast. Fortified with B vitamins, this nutritional yeast is a versatile addition to your daily diet and can be mixed with beverages, added to recipes, or incorporated into shakes for a boost in nutritional content.
